We Are Making Money In Sales Especially Door To Door Sales

If you have been wondering why you have not met certain sales goals, it's probably because you haven't read this article yet. I am a master coach of sales and training. When it comes down to closing the deal you want to be focused on a sales formula. If you step outside of the sales formula, you may as well kiss your sale goodbye. For the past 10 years I have been involved in may opportunities to make money in sales. I have hit the phones, hit the doors, and hit the Internet in order to generate sales for the companies that I work for. When I start one journey, it leads me to another. I have been Internet marketing and working for myself for the past 10 years. I have been my own boss, and have called the shots that make my business work. Too many people rely on applications to keep them a float in life. A 9-5 position is all they need in order to keep their bills paid, money in their pocket, and their bellies full. They are limited and don't even know it. It's rather sad, because all they need to do is take control of their life, and believe in themselves. I remember when I took that first step. It wasn't easy. I literally had to quit the job that was bringing in all the dough. The job that was keeping me comfortable. I was about to step outside of this comfort zone. I worked for various affiliate programs. Even dumping a boat load of money into software and marketing tools, I was doomed. I felt like there was no hope in working on the Internet, or even working for a call center or fast food position. I found myself begging for my old job back. When I was told that I could not be hired back, I had to figure out another solution. I started a yard clean up business, that I am still operating today. I also started a marketing business, because it takes sales in any business in order to make money. On my marketing page, at the bottom I have various affiliate opportunities that I promote in order to earn extra income. So when it comes down to making a sale, it's all based on what the other person needs. If I am in front of a business owner and they need funding and I know that they can qualify for a loan, I will send them to David Allen Capital, where they can apply for a simple fast and easy loan with results back in less than 72 hours. If they need an inside guy to pull some strings and bring some more clients their way, I can assist with that as well. I basically become the marketing partner for that business, and earn a percentage on the work that I bring them, and they complete. When I mean complete the work, I am talking generating the check. The whole mission is not complete until the check is generated and all parties are paid and happy. I help companies complete these missions. If I am walking through a neighborhood, I may knock a few doors where I see overgrown vegetation. In this sense, I am able to increase my income by working the Landscaping end of my business. Knocking doors is essential to a business. Why? Because it provides a face to face experience with a person that immediately builds trust. In my experience of knocking door to door, it is always best to deal with the people where you see signs of life. Don't just go knocking on every door like it was a chore appointed to you. Go find those people who are walking to their car and quickly present your offer. It is always best to work with your Customer Retention Management(CRM) software in order to come back to the same area and create a 75% penetration rate. This is where you come back to the neighborhood, based on people paying for your offers. Ever time you come back to complete the job, or generate that check for mission complete, you need to be talking with the surrounding neighbors and documenting everything that goes down. I have been in business for 10 years, but these marketing techniques that I am sharing with you, I discovered recently in the past 8 months. I have been studying the masters of sales, from Brian Tracey, to Ben Feldman. These guys are legends along with Zig Ziglar. Modern day guys like Grant Cardone and Brad Lea, have made my list of entrepreneurs to learn from. I have been discovering the best techniques from the best people. This journey has taken me far, but I am not done yet.
